Herbal Tinctures Handout

This is a 4-page handout that accompanied our on-farm class on May 18, 2019. It includes information about the benefits of herbal tinctures and how they compare to other herbal preparations, tools and supplies needed for making your own tinctures, and two different ways to make tinctures: the folk method and the measured method. The handout also includes a worksheet that can be used to keep records of your tincture-making efforts for future reference.
