Harvesting & Drying Herbs Handout

This is a 4-page handout that accompanied our on-farm class on June 15, 2019. It includes information about harvesting herbs in ways that are mindful of plant health and encourage future growth, different drying techniques including air-drying and using forced air dehydrators, and how to process and store herbs once they're dry. It also covers how to evaluate dried herbs for quality, whether they're homegrown or store-bought.
