Planning an Herb Garden Handout

This is a 2-page handout that accompanied our on-farm class on April 6, 2019. It includes information on choosing a site for your herb garden, some options for dealing with the heavy clay soils that are typical of Upstate South Carolina, and how to think strategically about sunlight and moisture requirements for different perennial herbs.
