Herbal Teas Handout

This is a 4-page handout that accompanied our on-farm class on April 27, 2019. It includes information about the basic tools and methods for making herbal teas from fresh or dried herbs, the differences between beverage teas and medicinal teas, and common flavor profiles and how to start making your own beverage blends. The handout also includes a worksheet that can be used to record your observations as you get to know the flavors of single herbs.
